The Entrepreneur Centre is a multifunctional business centre whose business spaces are rented out to start-ups and young companies in expansion with temporary space needs. The indoor spaces can be filled flexibly. All activities are possible there, provided they are not environmentally harmful. Trading is also excluded. The building is sustainably erected, drastically reducing tenants’ energy requirements.
