The Belgian Workspace Association Jury Award is made of 3 senior professionals representing the real estate and facility management disciplines:

Term duration:
The President of the Jury has a 3 year term. He is assisted by a vice president and will be preparing his succession during the last year of his presidency. Preferably, the President must have already served for one year as vice president in the Jury.
The President of the Belgian Workspace Association Award is designated by Edouard Cambier & Maureen Saels. It cannot be a Belgian Workspace Association member. The Award Belgian Workspace Association members serve in their personal capacity and do not represent either their company or the sector in which they are active. The term is complimentary. Members sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA: non-disclosure agreement) before the delivery of the award
President and Vice President
- The President is assisted by a vice president who is elected by the members of the jury.
- The Vice President is appointed by the president and his term is approved by the Belgian Workspace Association
The organization
The organization of the Jury falls within the responsibility of the Belgian Workspace Association, chaired by its president, and by the Belgian Workspace Association members who duly paid the membership fee.
Their task is to award in an objective and professional manner 3 Belgian Workspace Association Awards/prizes to the 3 best applications.
A. Best new business center of the year.
B. Best business center on quality of service / customer satisfaction.
C. Best business innovation center idea / concept.
The jury will make a judgment based on the analysis of the website and / or an application file and / or visiting the business centers. The president will be responsible for sending electronic addresses of board members to all Belgian Workspace Association members so they can send their applications by e-mail before the award. Members will only be allowed to send one application form per business center by award type. Members having several locations/ business centers in their portfolio may apply for one location per category, each of them being different. The jury is sovereign and will not have to account for their choice & The jury may not vote directly or indirectly for a business center for which they have been conducting a consulting assignment, some works or any installation.
Scoring
Phase I: The jury
All business centers which are Belgian Workspace Association members up-to-date with their membership fee are considered by the 3 jury members.
Each Member shall select one winner per category
A. Best new business center of the year 2015.
B. Best business center on quality of service / customer satisfaction.
C. Best business innovation center idea / concept.
The scores from jury members represent 50% of the points
Phase II : Members
Belgian Workspace Association members physically attending the congress and up-to-date with their membership fee have the opportunity to participate in the Belgian Workspace Association Award. It may only be one vote per company, member of the Belgian Workspace Association association.
Each Member shall select one winner per category.
A. Best new business center of the year 2015.
B. Best business center on quality of services/customer satisfaction.
C. Best business center innovation idea/concept.
The scores from members represent 50% of the points
Award ceremony
After Phase I and II for judgment, the Jury members meet to calculate the average of all points which have been given separately. At this stage, they will decide which applications are taken into account for the appointment of 3 prizes and move on the award ceremony phase.
Phase I represents 50% of the total points.
Phase II represents 50% of the total points.
In case of ex-æquo, each winner will receive a prize
