De plus en plus de collaborateurs optent pour le workation. Oui, ils travaillent depuis l’étranger pour prolonger leurs vacances. La popularité croissante de cette tendance est confirmée par une étude récente d’IWG. Ouf, on retrouve Bruxelles à la 11e place du classement mondial.

COVID-19 outbreak not only caused a shift toward remote work, but it triggered behavioral changes for households and firms, which are here to stay, including new working arrangements allowing for more flexible “time” and “space”, and the rise of « flexible » and « hybrid » workplaces (e.g. co-working spaces, fablabs, etc.) as spaces of work, innovation and revitalisation for neighborhoods and cities.
