Segmentation for greater profitability?

Do we absolutely have to transform our coworking spaces according to the age of our tenants?

Baby Boomers on your left, Generation Z on your right. Are we really so different? Is there a demand in Belgium for segmentation targeted at baby-boomers or Generation XYZ ? If so, how can we “adapt or change” our space at lower cost?

Personally, I see a greater demand for the customization of our spaces to accommodate private companies and public enterprises at local, regional, federal and even international levels. During this congress, you’ll hear from a number of speakers who are reflecting on their space needs.
